Although this cottage only sleeps two, it has daytime accommodation suitable for four making it feel very spacious. It is in a very rural area with an abundance of wildlife and walks with spectacular views (if you are prepared to walk up some steep hills!). It is centrally located on the island, and so ideal for visiting all areas of the island. If weather permits, it is a perfect location for sitting outside reading a book and relaxing. Mrs P, WIMBORNE, Dorset 03 October 2010
Had a wonderful week's break. The cottage was in a quiet location and very peaceful. Bunnies, barn owl, pheasants in abundance. Absolutely lovely. Lots to do on the island, but as it's only 27 miles at it's widest point, it didn't take very long to get anywhere. All in all, a quiet location, well-equipped cottage, well worth it. Miss G and Mr J, Leatherhead, Surrey. Mrs G, LEATHERHEAD, Surrey 02 June 2010
Peace and tranquility and wonderful wildlife on your doorstep. Mr E, Portsmouth, Hampshire 24 May 2010
This beautiful cottage was located in a quiet and stunning location. Lots of wildlife could be viewed from the garden and wonderful local walks provided lots of wildlife sightings. The facilities and furnishings were excellent, everything needed was provided. It was a fantastic base for exploring the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Very peaceful location, easy acess to the whole island, very comfortable accomodation. Bunnies & birds were entertaining. Mr W, ROSSENDALE 02 August 2009
This cottage is very well placed to be central for all the islands attractions, of which there are many. The situation is very rural so customers can see many birds, rabbits etc from the door.
We appreciated the lovely clean air and bright light on the island. Mrs F, LYDNEY, Gloucestershire 07 June 2009
It was peaceful and quite and in a beautiful location which was very near the town. Really want to go back :) Mrs H, Carlisle, Cumbria 26 January 2009
